the near side rear indicator on my griff is getting very slow, I've checked all the local connections at the light unit etc & all good, changed the bulb etc and no change. Anyone know where the rear light units are earthed to the chassis ? I could put a seperate new earth in but I would rather sort the original
cheers

I had the same problem and ran a temporary earth which made no difference I was completely baffled I had cleaned the light unit contacts and checked the continuity through the connector and gently pushed the connector contacts closer together no fix. Then a few days latter friend wiggled the connector and it started working again. The problem hasn't reoccurred surprisingly.

There's a big white connector block behind the flap behind the door on the passenger side. All the rear electrics are fed from here. I suggest you start with this first. Probably a loose connection. You'll need to pull the passenger seat fully forward and put the seat back forward to gain access. Bit fiddly but is'nt everything on TVR's.

The main earth point at the rear of the car is behind the fuel tank.
