Every time I put my foot down and accelerate briskly the button falls off the hazard warning light switch and rattles around in the cabin until I stop and stick it back on with a bit more Blu Tack. This time I seem to have rattled it around a bit too much and can't find the button anywhere!

So, any ideas where I can get a replacement, other than paying a fortune to the usual breakers? Happy to go non standard if it's a decent match and of high quality. smile

If you want to go aftermarket then look on the 'Car builder solutions' web site. Big choice on there.

Thanks for that. Quite a cool site but nothing that seems to fit the bill for what I need. smile

I've bought a whole set of these (£120) and they don't feel as nice and solid as I'd hoped they would ... not for £22 each anyway.

I'm about to use these switches in mine shortly so I will have an original "Mk1" switch going spare if that's any help?

Is the Mk1 switch the red button or is it the machined aluminium one found on '97 onwards?

It's the original "red button" one - the "Mk2" switches are the later aluminium ones.
