Depends on which model, but in essence:

Open your Mapsource program on the PC (supplied with your unit?)
Connect your GPS to your PC
Click on the upload symbol
When the boxes in the sub-window appear, tick 'Tracks'
Click OK
Save the resulting file - under the tab 'Tracks' in the left-hand portion of the main window you should find the saved track-log which you can click and show on the map.
