Ever bothered cleaning a K&N?

Covered about 4k miles on this filter now so decided to try out the K&N filter recharge kit.
Kit comes with a cleaning/degreaser and fresh filter oil.

I didn't realise how dirty it had become. I'll let the pics do the talking.
