Right, she's currently running like a dog.. Idles spot on, but sometimes under acceleration nothing happens and it feels like she's going to cut out. If you keep accelerating she "catches" up with the throttle. Oddly reving with the clutch down is fine?

I did recently have a "fuel starvation" issue, but have just done 20 miles since filling her up. And it seems there is a new leak on the passenger side... so not sure if moisture is affecting the ECU.

Would the diagnostics on the ECU flag anything up? Anyone with similar troubles in the past? Else it's trailer time and a trip to TVR Power.

Cheers!

You could be bang on the money there, can't find anything in the history file. Going to go with old! Right, shall test those and go from there. Cheers!

"hesitant" also describes the bolts holding the coil packs in place.. have left them soaking in WD40, out with the big ratchet tomorrow.. hopefully they can be "persuaded" to come out.

Went with the fuel rail out option.. cables all over the place otherwise.

The captive nuts for the coil pack bolts have a habit of becoming non captive. I had to dremel several off but Joo said that putting a drill onto the socket and spinning them up often causes them to lock on again so they can be removed. I succeded with this method on two of them.

Mine are seized solid... mindless violence should sort those.

Any difference between the 30 quid coil packs and the 60 quid ones from the TVR suppliers?

Far too early in the morning... : )

I'll go with the £30 option then.

Try and ensure they are quality coil packs as cheap ones won't last.
