Front targa seal..am I missing something?

Having picked up the car from the bodyshop yesterday, and despite raising it with them as part of the snagging list, there are still huge gaps in between the targa panel and the front A pillar. The roof itself sits fine in the front groove, but I can't help looking at it and just thinking there must be an end cap or something that's not been replaced as the water channels in the targa panel, simply lead to a nice hole into the cabin!

Anyone got any pics of the underside of their targa panel.. in particular the arrangement of the seals at the front? In the first pic below, it's the gap between the panel, and the window seal that just doesn't seem like it should be there?

There should be a small rubber block in there, see below,
