As Dave has said the hotel is out of town in it's own grounds and we've had several hundred TVRs parked there in the past without incident.

For saturday is there Double Bedroom for Single occupancy without the dinner dance.

I'm more of a jeans and t-shirt person, so would rather roam around Blackpool and get a bag of chips on the way back :-)

Why not book yourself into a different hotel, you can then do what ever you please.

Im staying with some friends, and leaving the car in their garage over night. Just thought it would be an idea to stay with like minded people and get to look around the other cars as well. A dinner dance is far to formal for me, I'm just a scruff at heart :-) Dont like getting dressed up or dancing so will just try and meet up with as many folks as possible during the day.

Hi wavey
We are are booked into the DeVere for the Friday night and have the 'Buco' booked for 8pm hoping not to miss
the fireworksscratchchin but lets see.

Staying for the Saturday festivities, may get the polish out for the 'Concours' scratchchin Have to see.
Then back home as we are going to Goodwood Revival in the 66 Split Screen bus on the Sunday, should be fun........

Plenty of time yet but see you all there....

Joking aside, if there are that many people in the town centre then taking your car in is a recipe for a scrape (given half of today's drivers can't park to save themselves)Is there by chance any alternative transport from the hotel?

What a shame this is the same weekend as Goodwood Revival. I would love to have gone but Revival is the number 1 event of the year for me. Maybe next year, I hope it's a great weekend for all going !

Yep difficult to avoid other events but as Back Home is on the prom the date was dictated by the tide being at it's lowest!!

Unlikely to be a BH next year.

It's not an annual event and it's likely there'll be even less of the Bristol Avenue factory to see.

Herons Reach have given us a further 15 rooms at our special rate.

The offer will expire on the 20th of August, after which you'll have to pay the going rate.

So if you're intending to come and have not yet booked be quick or you'll miss out on the great rate.
