I can live without 'landscape' photography but the photographs in this exhibition
http://www.nhm.ac.uk/visit-us/whats-on/temporary-e... left me awe-struck.

The slideshow on the 'net is rather misleading, giving the impression that
the exhibition is mainly images of animals and people but in fact most of it is pure landscape.

It's all very impressive, it's a big exhibition of big beautifully presented black & white photographs; photographs that after their initial impact also require your attention and a desire to try and de-construct them.

If you're in London I strongly recommend that you don't miss it.

Salgardo is probably my favourite living photographer. I'm desperate to get up to London and see this show, I worked on the last show he had in London back in 2003(?) and was blown away by his photography. He also happens to be an incredibly nice guy and is very humble about his art.

I might be being stupid, but where is this exhibition in London and from what dates? That site is really poorly laid out and I can't quite figure out the details. It looks stunning and I really want to go!
