Mine doesn't have one, but I wasn't sure whether it was supposed to or not. The control has a blue section and a red section but no arrow suggesting what is what. I assume that if there is more blue shoing it is cooler air and if red it's hotter.

Ah! Now mine is a 350i so different. I have blue and red on the control itself. I assume from seeing how think the slots are in the dash that your control doesn't have any colour.
