Someone has told me, that when I change gear in my Chimaera that the brake lights activate the same time as I press the clutch, but the light only come on when first press the clutch then go off. I've looked at the clutch and brake pedals and notice they're on the same bar, with a very slight gap between them, any ideas how to stop this from happening please?

The brake light switch is held by a piece of bent metal just above the pedal. They have a tendency to move away from the pedal over time. It is now so close to its switch point that it activates by the slight movement caused by the adjacent clutch pedal. Just bend the bracket down a bit, all will be well

Sounds like the brake light switch is a bit too sensative and needs a little adjustment.
