Help valuing a 997 GT3 with very low miles

Anyone help me with a value on this? Its a friend of mines and he is not a forum type chap and has asked for my help.
I am struggling as its such low miles-does that add much premium?
2010 GT3 in white.
1800 miles (One thousand eight hundred)
Steel brakes
Centre lock wheels
Full OPC history
Black cloth interior.
Car is as you would expect-unmarked and virtual showroom condition.

Does it have other options such as nav, lift, xenons, d/mounts etc ??
Does the warranty and road tax run out soon ??
If so selling to an OPC you should get 70k quite easily, maybe 71/72k depending on options etc at a push ??
Private sale might work out better if he puts a new warranty on it, but probably not by much in the scheme of things.

I just bought a 997 GT3 from OPC last week.
It was 2010 with 1000 miles on clock.
Sports seats, non PCCB, no NAV, no lift kit so pretty basic spec.
But like new:-)
It was listed at £78000 but we did a deal for a few grand less.
So I reckon if you list it about £71-£72k you should shift it pretty quick as so few about...
One week later mine has 2000 miles on the clock and I have a very big grin on my face:-)

Sounds like a cracking car - should be early £70's - all day long.
Subject to......has it been serviced and is there any OPC warranty left (or has it been allowed to lapse)
Never serviced could be a big deal breaker.....warranty lapse less so (will require 111 point check, plus any found faults rectified to add back in)
Ps ... Not having lift might mean a number of southerners who live in the metropolitan areas of this great country (with speed humps and multi story car parks) may be put off buying it :-)
