Hi

I am out in Germany on business in a couple of weeks and will have a spare day around Struttgart. I would like to visit the Porsche museum and maybe arrange a factory tour. Time will be tight, so would like to plan in advance. I seem to remember seeing on this forum recently that a factory tour can be arranged in advance and an appropriate email contact address was offered.

Does anybody have experience of this and how best to arrange to maximise time?

Thanks.

I'm in a similar situation - doing some business in Stuttgart Monday and going Tuesday night. I'm just rocking up and paying when I get there having looked at the site. Can't wait !

Bit short notice for tour, but you might be lucky. factorytours@porsche.de

Do you know how long this offer lasts, I'm there with a group of friends in September.

Free admission
All 911 drivers plus one accompanying person, upon presentation of the vehicle registration at the box office of the Porsche Museum, have free admission from June 4 to September 29, 2013. The Porsche Museum also foregoes any admission price for visitors who have been born in 1963 and can prove it by presenting their ID.

Hope that helps.

FWIW, I got in free without showing a V5 or even mentioning 911. Quick flash of my PCGB card was enough.
