Can get the 600d on deal for £340 (canon and quidco cashback). After selling the 450d and kit lens the cost of change will be about £170.

Is it worth getting the 600d over the 450d? If I look at going 650d, cost of change is £300.

Also, the 600d is on deal with either the 18-55mm IS Lens or the 18-55mm DC III Lens which is £30 more. Is it worth getting the more expensive?

That would have underpriced the 550D offer from the canon_outlet on eBay so I would guess it was an error.

That said they may have wanted to shift a limited number quickly I suppose.

Canon_outlet were offering the 600D at that price at one time. It was a few months back though and I suspect they had concerns about excess stock back then.

Picked up my 600D from eglobal. £300 delivered. It was for Hong Kong, but arrived within a week and had the most detailed tracking for the parcel I have ever seen. Did not come with a lens, but the kit lens' are frankly rubbish anyway!

What's the crack with warranty on grey imports? Is it lenses only that Canon will honour but not bodies, or the other way around?
