Le Mans race is getting closer and closer and you are still worried of having to get down of your car at every french toll ??

I'm sure I can help !

More seriously, I'm looking for a lift to le Mans, preferably on Friday, any time.
No luggage but a backpack, no tent, and very flexible on the timing... I'm in cambridge but can meet in any place on the route to Dover/Folkestone

I know this is quite rude to request help in my very first post but the situation is quite critical as my gf will be waiting for me there !
I was supposed to attend the race for work but one of my colleague will enjoy it instead of me.frown

If no one can help I will take my car and welcome any one looking for a lift.

Think twice, being french, in addition to coping with tolls, I can offer a good translation service if you're getting into trouble with any zealous policeman...

Thanks for help

I am going from Bury St. Edmonds on Thursday morning if that's any good to you. Leaving BSE at approx 9:15

Slightly odd situation in that I'm trying to make an original tunnel booking for 11:50, but have a reserve ferry booked a couple of hours later (don't ask - work messed things up!).

PM me if its of interest etc.

All my colleagues already being in le mans, I've not been allowed to leave the office and let it empty 2 days...

I booked an eurotunnel for friday evening, if anyone is interested, I'll be happy to help...
