Alfa Sportwagon 2.5 V6
Discussion
Here are a couple of pics of my new car, bought from someone who worked in an Alfa garage, hence the new wheels & brakes and lots of other bits and bobs.
Its the 2.5 V6 and it sounds amazing when you give it some! Really cant beat the noise. On 85k, but drives like its done a lot less, has clearly been looked after well.
Cost? Well lets just say it could be the SOTW. The Brembo setup and GTA rear brake setup cost £2.2k in October 2012!
Things to do :-
New suspension
Fix the air con leak
sort the small exhaust leak

I was thinking it was early for a face lift. Prefer the original shape myself, but that's still a very lovely Car..
I also have a 156 SW 2L TS that is pre facelift. Its on 125k now and the difference between the two in terms of quality of car is not comparable! The newer ones are so much better.
Small update, nothing changed with the car as of yet.
I made a terrible decision today to clean and polish the wagon. The wagon is a LARGE car to wash and polish in this heat. I almost died of sweaty exhaustion!!
Anyway, after a clean and a coat of Auto Glym polish (the black bottle), shes come up beautifully...

The two cars together, the carbon spoiler on the Coupe coming in handy!

Plans for the near future are a new set of adjustable coilovers, as the ones on the car have had it. The exhaust needs a fettle (still), and the aircon needs fixing. Hopefully Ill get this all done this month!
