Been offered a set of 7x17 alloys with good tyres and a good price currently on a Cossie. The offset for all four is e38 refer picture, will these be ok?

I think the originals are et25/33 so they're going to sit in quite a bit, especially on the front. Probably need some spacers, are the original backs 8j too?

I just looked it up. The original wheels are 7j fronts and 7.5j rear, so you'll also end up having a slightly slimmer wheel on the rear than you have now (if yours are still standard)

Thanks for the info. Yep got the originals on at the mo. Even though they are 7J a 225 tyre would still fit I think.

This is a great site for working out what will fit or won't (everything fits in the end), I've been using it to workout the widest wheels that will fit on the rear for some better traction

Thanks Andy, will give it a whirl. Does the E38 relate to the offset in mm?
