Diff heavy breathing

About 500 miles ago I took my diff out, resealed the end plate, checked for wear, new bushes and new oil. The oil was recommended by opieman.
It seems to blow a lot of oil out of the breather, especially during a enthusiastic drive. ( the oil level is correct)
Anyone got any advice of what's wrong or how to cure it?
