Brake Disc question. JO136RG and JO146RG rears

Guys the above parts were fitted to my grif as a brake upgrade by Racing Green and were originally supplied by the factory. They are drilled and appear to be 260mm by 24mm and the rear 270mm and 24mm. Has anyone replaced theirs and if so what did you use as I understand these are no longer available???
