Help required please

I and the lady are off on a few days break round Normandy next week and yours truly has got to book an odd nights accommodation.
It will come as no surprise to hear that I want to stay in the hotel on the Mulsanne. I’ve actually stopped off at it (with clapham993) but can’t for the life of me remember its name. I’ve trolled around the internet and thought that the PH collective might be my best bet. I’m not talking about the Chinese and the other one next door where we were all so very well behaved back in June, its further down towards Arnage and set back from the road

If anybody has visited the circuit well out of season it is truly a moving place to visit, alive with the ghosts of many a famous car and driver.
A few years ago Clapham 993 and I visited the circuit the week before Christmas and were the only people in the museum (yes we did get in the exhibits) and had lunch at the Chinese on Mulsanne and were again the only people there. Bloody fantastic!
