Can this be fitted into a standard 2.5.

If possible is it heavy modification required?

Total cost ontop of box to carry this out?

I've been looking into this upgrade and there is a fair bit of work required!
New drive shafts, new starter motor, engine mount move + chassis mods, think fuel tank needs modified too?
Also worth having the box upgraded and strengthened + cooling mods carried out before it goes in!
It's around 4K fully done I think!

Going based on a 3l (not sure if its the same for 2.5)
Off the top of my head..

Gearbox
Quaife diff
Might as well uprate it while you're there. shot peen and polish, add connections for oil cooler
Gearbox mounts (3 of them)
Starter motor
Clutch
flywheel
Release bearing
New clutch pipe
new speedo sensor

There is probably more but thats all i can remember. You are looking over £10,000 all said and done

Im currently changing to six speed, and im not aware of some of the alterations being mentioned here!
I guess i'll find out if its right or not when refitting lol
