Unless I am mistaken, I do not think Talk Talk released an album called Talk Talk, unless not in the UK. The song Talk Talk is great though.

They weren't reading the book, a cinema opposite where the band were rehearsing was showing the film and they needed a name change. They were bemused by people paying to be scared watching the film, wrote the song and changed the name.
