Cycling route Leeds to Champagnac le Vieux, France

I've committed myself to a bike ride from home to a little village called Champagnac le Vieux in the south central Haute-Loire region of France to get married next month.

The overnight ferry is booked; so cycle to work Friday morning, then I've got 5 and 1/2 hours to cycle from Knaresborough to Hull to catch the ferry.

Then I've given myself 5 days to cycle Zeebrugge to Champagnac le Vieux

So, assuming I can do approx 100 miles per day, it gives me 2 days after I arrive to sort any last minute problems before the wedding on Saturday, so does anybody have any suggestions for a route?

My suggested route would start with taking this thread from general gassing to pedal powered where the mamils live!
