Ordered some new Zipp 404s to replace a damaged wheel and searched around online. Normally buy a lot of stuff from Wiggle, but ProBikekit.com were a little cheaper and were offering an additional 10% off for a couple of days for National Cycle week.
I ordered the front wheel on Friday night and it was with me first thing on Monday but they didn't have the rear in stock. They put a note on my account and when I phoned up on Monday evening to order the rear, they honoured the additional 10% price even though the deal had ended. Wheel arrived this evening… now to spend a bit of time taping on the tubs!
No affiliation to the shop, just thought that bloody good customer service should be celebrated! Well impressed, will certainly be using them in the future.
