Mondeo mk4 upper grille removal

Hi,
Does anybody know how to remove upper grille (appear to be plastic lugs holding it in place) as I've had bonnet release problems (now hopefully fixed), but would like to remove grille before closing bonnet so at least I can get at bonnet release catch if it doesn't work.

Thanks for the link but that is for the lower grille, I found the link below on the talkford site which is for the upper grille.
