Thought I should share this e-mail that I've just had, don't want anybody missing their ferry!


Brittany Ferries have asked us to inform you to please allow extra time for your journey due to major road works by the port of Portsmouth.

For those of you traveling tomorrow morning on the 07:00 hrs Portsmouth to Le Havre it is especially important you allow extra time, and to help with this check in for this sailing will now be open from 05:15 hrs.

Hi, I live in Portsmouth and thought I'd let you all know that the roadworks in question are on the M275 into portsmouth, it's a 40mph average speed zone but there's hardly ever any traffic on it and it'll take you at most an extra minute or two on your journey!

Yeah it's not a big deal. Drive through it on a regular basis and never been held up.
