Well i finally got round to swapping the Kent H214 camshaft out for a shiny new Crower 50233 which will hopefully improve on the current 248bhp.

Spent god knows how long getting the cam timed in cock-on and now I'm having a right ball-ache trying to set the lifter preload on the right hand bank.

Does anyone have any spare pushrods knocking about, as they do seem to vary in size quite a bit from the nominal but i've exhuasted my supply of spare pushrods setting the left bank.

Cheers
Ben

I do, im any where from Bishops Stortford to Huntingdon

Also check the crower cam you bought is what you paid for (should be stamped on the back) because some one on here bought a 50233 online but it was 50232 but refused to give a refund and was told to ebay it

I got some on ebay for a pound each - they are Britpart ones. Postage took it to about 12 quid for the 4. The best bit is that they fit through the letterbox.
