Will the N138 bypass be open next june?

Just had a look on the via micheling webste, which shows the entire length of the N138 from Rouen to Alenson to be bypassed with a new autoroute.

Anyone know anything about this?

I doubt it'll be all ready by the look of some of it this year, although French roads do seem to get built quicker than ours.

I think the bottom half was already open though .... maybe some other bits of it will be by next year as well.

It's not due to be opened until December 2005.
Looks like you'll have to go to LM again in 2006!

I believe sections of it are due to open "summer 2005", however the N138 offers some fantastic blatting opportunites and is far less boring than a motorway!

The bit south of Alencon was open when we went to the LM Clasic in 2002

Just come back from Le Mans at the weekend and I don't think it will be anywhere near open, I think it is taking quite a long time to build which is not like the french.
