Picture is rotated 90 degrees anti-clockwise. I assumed it was the fuel filter but i cant see a similar one using google image and no part number is visible. The car is a 924/968 hybrid so it could be from any of the water cooled range. It's mine but I didn't build it.

It has hard line outlets, one of which disappears behind the bulkhead and the other goes to the fuel rail. If it is a fuel filter, which car is it from?

Thanks.

Looks like a fuel accumulator...basically holds pressure in fuel line while pump/car is not running. Filter should be somewhere close.

Filter is by the tank (usually!), think that may be a 968 part.
