HDMI Baluns

I am about to set up a TV in a room we have nt used before. When I built the house I had 2 Cat 5 cables run to the TV location and so now I will need HDMI Baluns. I have not used them before so can you recommend which type I should go for please? Budget is going to be up to $150 if that makes any difference.

Keene do an unbranded kit for around £60 that I have used a few times, it is basic without any ir pass thru but I have found only the much more expensive types work with this too.
