How lardy is your Vantage?

I've always thought she is a bit of a fatty so thought it might be interesting to see how weight has changed over the years on the V8

Options are bound to alter it of course but it's something to go on I suppose - from the back of the manual then....

Mine 06 (MY07) is 1630kg Kerb / 1890kg Gross.

I've got a pdf manual here presumably from an earlier model quoted at 1570kg Kerb / 1830 Gross. 60kg less!

Weights in the manual are given with no options (including the "compulsory" ones), so as the standard equipent went up, so did the weight.

It will be interesting to see (if anyone cares to indulge me, it seems not up to now). I imagine there will be more to it than that. There's bound to have been gubbins changed over the years. I'd expect newer style alloys to make a difference for starters. Different diffusers, sat nav, seat changes etc... it will all add up one way or another albeit small bits here and there.

I should state that for comparison purposes mine is a manual.

Mine says 1570kg & 1830kg for a 2005 car.

1680KG for V12V although I have lightweight seats saving another 17Kg, so 1663KG Kerb weight
