Alford Speedfest

So it's the annual Alford speedfest next Sunday, who's all going ?

Was meant to be going but my clutch on my new bike with only 50 miles has decided to go bang.
Hopefully be able to come along if someone can drive me there

I'm afraid I have to babysit in Inverness. Especially annoying since the track is a few hundred metres away!

Get yourself to Queens Road area on Sunday morning at around 8am and you'll be welcome to passenger with me. I can't promise a lift home however as I'm meeting someone in Alford area around 4/5pm.

Heading out as well with the Father in Law and a mate. Please don't rain as the car park (the makeshift grass one just into Alford) is a nightmare to get out of once wet!

Will be bringing my friend's Diablo 6.0VT. Hopefully the battery won't konk out this year. Leaving the Ferrari at home - might as well put miles on someone else's car for once.

I unfortunately cannot make this
despite someone (cough;cough Syd cough) mentioning to the organisers that they were scheduling the speedfest for the same weekend as the British Grand Prix. They went ahead with the 30th anyway

The first time i say yes to physically going to see the grand prix and it happens to be the year that it's on at the same time as the speedfest.
Had i a choice, i would choose speedfest hands down, but i have already paid for the weekend

we've had the Dino for about 13 years (it's only used occasionally)
