Anybody used D Bahn version of Motorail to Austria ?

Hope to bring the GT3RS to Salzburg in August.

Any ideas for drives/ touring routes or where to stay near Zell am See ?

Grossglockner hill climb route.

Richard Meaden's book of classic motorsport rtes has a good piece on it.

Zell is nice (and some good porsche links incl a dealer) but I thought Kitzbuhel was more fun to stay at (albeit that was during ski season).

The road to the immediate west of grossglockner is closed so beware. Its been causing chaos there for 3 months or so.
