"Related Searches"

For the first time, today I am getting a new window open on the right have side of the screen (top to bottom) showing "Related Searches". This is basically full of links to classifieds. Is it a new PH thing, or my pc/internet thing? It is extremely annoying as it appears on every single screen, and I want rid. Any ideas?
