My Lancia Delta Integrale 16V Turbo

Just thought I would introduce my 1990 Lancia Delta Integrale 16V Turbo
The car was imported from Italy to Ireland in 2001 then to the UK a few years later, by the same owner. The car had only covered 1000km's since import, in 10 years, when i bought it in 2011 and it had always been stored in a heated garage. As you can imagine it is pristine underneath and has full dealer service history.
The car is 100% original except for tyres and hasn't even had a radio fitted (who needs one with an Integrale exhaust note.....)
I have done a lot of work since acquiring it, mainly preventative maintenance as things like the belts and pumps hadn't been touched since import due to the low mileage covered (risky at best)
The car is 100% rust free, and has all the little details as it did when it left the factory, things like the stickers under the bonnet, in door shuts etc and all the original tools
I have covered just over 7000 miles in 2 years and wouldn't swop it for anything. The most incredible driving experience ever, the more you try to find its limit the more you realise you will always give up long before it does.
The plan is to keep it in standard spec as the original 16V's are getting thin on the ground while there still plenty of EVO's kicking about, so i am reluctant to alter it.

I live in Gainsborough Lincolnshire so it wouldnt have been mine you saw. Between running the haulage business 6 days a week and bad weather she has been a rare sight in the roads this year...makes it more special when you do take it out for a cruise though!

The Fergusons are still in use, mainly for running saw bench and grading yard, weathered patina but mechanically spot on. Also have a fire pump for one if job really goes south

I agree, I have always wanted a non EVO model but popular opinion seems to be later the better. I love the original alloys but all I hear at shows is ''it would look better with evo wheels...'' Wouldn't say no to an evo, especially the blue Lagos edition with high back cream reccaro's but can't justify double the money, and they don't even have a twin exit exhaust I think these sit much nicer than the EVO versions, and those standard alloy wheels are pure porn!
