Leaking roof hydraulic fluid

I am a new member but have seen that this is a problem. I would be pleased to receive any information that could help me to correct the fault. The fluid leaks from the wire grill above the gear shift. Any help would be appreciated to allow my mechanic to fix this. My car is a 2004 xk8 convertible

The hydraulic hoses have a weak point at the connection to the roof release hook. Repair is difficult and unreliable, the best solution is buy new hoses and fit.
