Morning,
After a morning looking at Sat Navs (Garmin and Tom Tom) I'm no closer to get one as I'm dazzled by the array of choice.
I want a wide screen unit 5" or more and one that has Voice activation, touch screen (not fussed about bluetooth as the car has that)
Can anyone recommend anything based on their experiences?
Cheers for any info
Many thanks,
T1b

Look also at the other functions, specifically itinerary planning.
I use that all the time for drives, allows you to plan a route you want to go on, not what it gives you from A to B. Pefect for th sightseeing/fun road drives.
Use it with TYRE (Trace Your Route Everywhere, which is a free download) makes the itinerary function a piece of cake to set up.

Get one with free map updates i get on with tomtom and have not had any other make but they are not cheap to maintain. Mine is top gear one and live services which is very good for avoiding delays but its £47 a year with speed cameras google search and trip advisor/weather reports. I just spent £70 on a £150 sat nav to update everything now its over 18 months old and use it alot.
