Got a leaky clutch slave cylinder (aftermarket bit on a dry sumped 'busa engine).

The original manufacturer / supplier of the unit isn't known and we can't figure it out.

Cylinder whipped off and the it looks like what is required is an elastomeric "lip seal".

Question is, where to go for a "can you match this?" type request.

Going to mainstream car bit suppliers will only ever yield a response along the lines of; "what's it off mate?".

Cheers,

I have no idea but what this is but you could try Swan Seals - http://www.swanseals.co.uk

A local company so they're likely to be helpful.

It's superb. Here's the bit they're copying ...

Next time we're passing GF, we must drop off a fine creamy fancy piece for Gary. smile

Result! Glad to be of some use at last.

No need for the fine piece - I'm in training anyway.
