Franken-classic & IVA cont...
Discussion
Hi, I started this topic in classic cars but think this is more suited to the kit car section as you guys will have likely been through the IVA process.
Some crazy person has taken a 60s Rolls Royce body and placed it on a modified Isuzu chassis. Out of curiosity I went to take a look. It has a new MOT but I haven't a clue how it passed as belts and mirrors weren't fitted and lights didn't work and with further investigation it looks like it would have to be IVA'd to make it legal anyways.
What I'm trying to figure out is what it would take to pass IVA. I've been through the list of areas covered and there are many where work would have to be done. What I'm trying to figure out is whether it's a viable thing to do. As it's an old car then windows I think would need replaced and a front screen demister installed but are there more fundamental bits that will scupper getting approval? Does an Isuzu 4x4 for instance have good enough brakes and engine? Are there any issues with the RR bodywork with respect to pedestrian safety.
Here's the beast for reference:

Thanks in advance,
