only one fan working

I have a 98, are fans on seperate fuses/relays ? Any other usual suspects ?

They are on 2 different circuits.

Try the horn that is on the same circuit as one fan, at least mine was. Not sure about the other.

Typically fuses 1 & 19, relays 1 & 8 on that year...

Check the connectors to the fans.

You can swap over combinations of the above to narrow down fault areas..

IIRC the otter switch (side of rad) is linked to both relays in parallel at around that time.
