350i Front Springs

Does anyone out there have a set of front springs, or know of where I can get a set for my 350i. I only have about 10mm to the drivers side wheel arch
Whilst I'm in that area what shocks would people recommend and again where from?
Any help much appreciated.

I have a pair i have just taken off mine, but they will need blasting and repainting, nothing wrong with them apart from that yours for a few beer tokens!
