V8 Vantage Electric Seat Memory Upgrade?

Hi Guys

I have a 2006 V8 Vantage - does anybody know if i can upgrade the electric seat controls to include the Memory buttons?

Where do the later models (that include Memory buttons) store the MEM information...
...is the button information stored on a local NVM chip mounted on the same circuit card as the memory buttons (if so, surely i can upgrade)??
However, if this isn't the case, i could be out of luck!!

Pretty sure you're going to be bang out of luck on this.
Memory seats implies the controller knows where the seat is, hence the learn process fore/aft etc
Pre MY07 cars have no position detection or the controller to take advantage of it.

Position of the seat also affects the airbag deployment.

I am wondering if this could be retro fitted into a 2007 model as I know this was an option on cars of this year?
