To the idiot driving a white Phantom 82Y on the M40 today

To the driver of the white Phantom on the M40 toward London around 4.35pm today.

Not only were you driving like a Moron, way too close and well above the speed limit, your dangerous weaving in and out of traffic and tailgating makes you a danger to others..

There can't be many white Phantom's around so someone please have a word.
