My opinions on both;
The blue one is VERY strong money for a late 2003 with almost 40k on the clock, no engine rebuild, no full hide etc but a nice colour.
The grey one I like, same price as above BUT full hide interior, a TVR Power rebuild with some warranty remaining, a year newer and 14k less miles. To me it's a no brainer based on what I can see in the adverts. The carpet in the grey one looks horrid against the red leather of the seats but £800 (approx. EUR 900) will get you a new set fitted in a better colour.
I know theres not many T350 targas about (60-70 IIRC) but don't rush in.

Seems expensive to me and I can't see the pipes for the aircon system. Zippee had his T350 up not long back for only a grand or so more and that had a 4.3 power engine, new interior and a fresh coat of paint.Thanks for your input!!

Hello shep,
Yes, the missing aircon pipe worries me as well... that might be the thing that gets it off my list (besides the high price point)
Zippee's was indeed for sale, but I won't be able to get it registered, as our national office only allows for unmodified cars in terms of engine size *sighs*.
I believe that my best bet will be the gey one that I mentioned in my original post

Ah! did not spot the bit you are not in blighty. How would they know if its had an engine change? they all look the same and if the V5 has not been updated.....Yes, the missing aircon pipe worries me as well... that might be the thing that gets it off my list (besides the high price point)

I just rang DriveStyle in Harrogate. Indeed their T350t doesn't have aircon
Bummer!!
And the one from Fernhurst is not equipped with a luggage cover (there will be issues with insurance when I take one without the cover... )
Shep:
It's also a matter of insurance (cross-linked with the registration officed). They will be most unhappy if I quote a wrong engine size and they'll find that out eventually (they do thorough research before insuring such a rare car). Then it's a short step to hell's kitchen...
Don't wanna wait again
