I have gone to town on mine. First tickets never arrived, still waiting for refund. Ticket collection (to avoid what happened to first set) was poorly organised. Little trams were random to say the least. Meant we had quite a dangerous walk to Arnage in the pitch black.
For my first time I got the feeling they rely too much on people working around and finding their own solutions to fundamental issues (like motor scooters). All the F1 races I have been to have been much better organised. Simple things like a sign post to Porsche curves viewing area from beausejour camp site or officials that might have the slightest clue!

Did mine this morning. It came through on email address i used to buy tickets direct from ACO. It's quite a lengthy survey so don't click it until you've got a good 20 mins to complete it. As per others above, I slated cleanliness, number of toilets, general organisation, noddy train/free buses, security, signage, lack of electric hook ups etc etc
, just hope they listen.I did my survey this morning and seems that my expectations are not as great as the rest of you as I was quite complimentary. However I got the whole way through the survey until it was asking questions about me at which point it came up with a server error their end. I was not particularly impressed! So have to start again!
Had mine through, a couple of days ago.
I always have UPS to deliver tickets, etc and that works well. Also, as I stay off-site, the camping problems were not issues for me however, the train/bus problems very much are - 3 hrs for one friggin' bus trip!
I realise that they rely on the goodwill of many people to put on the show, but there is a LOT within their own control that they gloss over (state of road to Mulsanne c/p being just one!) and their sign-posting is just DIRE.
Each trip to LM is a learning one - although I am not sure how many years I have left, to learn it all
