Which kitchen telly?
Discussion
Just about to start the hunt for a new kitchen telly for when the builders have finished making a mahoosive fecking mess.
50-60", probably erring on the larger sizes, no need for 3D but realise it'll probably do it whether I like it or not, FullHD a prerequisite. Would like "smart"ness, specifically iPlayer et al. It'll be hooked up to an Apple TV. Oh and it needs to be Freesat as there's no Freeview out here.
I have a Pioneer Kuro in the lounge, and no intention of matching that level of quality for the kitchen, but nor do I want a horrid fuzzy LCD mess.... Wifey's only dictat is it needs to have clean lines - the Kuro is beautiful but the bezel is pretty huge, but nor do I want some god awful slim-but-chromed monstrosity.

I am one extremely happy bunny. I thought nothing could come close to my Kuro, and this set has exceeded all expectations. Because of renovation works it's just sat on its stand and the only connection at the moment is wifi, no satellite feeds. Watching the tennis on the BBC Sport app, streaming live in "HD", and it's sensational even on that.
Impressive.
