Hi, does anyone have a 2010 one of these? If so, are they supposed to have the daytime running lights as I cannot seem to get mine to come on and I wondered if its because they don't have them?
No DRLs on the 2012 model I had recently , I believe there is a dealer option that can turn the headlights on whenever the ignition is switched on where DRLs are required.
DLR's have only been a legal requirement for new cars designed since Feb 2011 so they may feature on the recent slight facelift but there is no legal requirement for them to be on the launch models.
Check the Vehicle setting on your touch screen...you might have the option to select
My 03 plate x350 xj8 had that option but my 07 xjr doesnt. The 12 plate XJ didnt have it I think in the later models it can only be set by the dealer .
Thanks for the replies chaps, looks like it doesn't come on a 2010 model, its a bit odd as my last XJ had them and that was the previous shape 2009 Sovereign.
