It's not an Imp engine so could be 1600, I don't recognise it.

Price...not specified. Highly irritating, but yeah looks nice.
Note also the rude tone of the advert. The car, to me, looks like a chavved up disaster, but that's a matter of taste. "Price: Not specified"? - That's simply the websites way of stating the the seller has not made the price public.
Plenty of cars (especially high end cars), get advertised as "price on application" and it's not seen as a problem. If you're genuinely interested in purchasing the car then you'll make an enquiry, if you're curious as to the price then you'll enquire and possibly be surprised, and if you're not that interested then you'll not bother enquiring.
"NO time wasters--- NO tyre kickers---- NO text": That's just another way of saying "Serious enquiries only!" to avoid people who just want to have a drive in the car or have no serious intentions of buying the car. Can't say that I see any serious problem with that.
As for the original question: "How cool is this?: It looks pretty cool to Me!
Being cool isn't defined by how well the car drives, or how comfortable it is, or original it is (although originality can play it's part in coolness!).
The coolness of a car is pretty much undefinable. You can't put your finger on it - A car is cool simply because.........it is!
"No timewasters" etc in car adverts strikes me as just unimaginative and pointless blah, which does nothing other than convey a slightly get lost I'm busy tone. Is it to be supposed that any seller that does not include this rubric in the advert welcomes tyre kickers etc? Will the determined tyre kicking hobbyist say to himself "oh, I was going to waste this guy's time, but he says no timewasters in the ad, so now I won't"? Initial contacts can usually allow a seller to weed out those who are not serious. I don't t recall ever having someone turn up just to have a drive in a car that I was trying to sell.
