Hi, I'm new here after 12 years of Porsche and 911UK.
Really enjoying my 2007 V8 vantage
My first challenge has arrived. Want to fit wheels spacers. Ordered 30mm for rear and 15mm for front from specialist wheel co in Coventry. They don't fit! Got to angle grind off the studs. Not a big issue with that until I found out you can't replace just studs (genuine). Its the whole hub.

Sent them back.

Any advice/experience?

Well first off glad you sent them back as 30mm would be too big for the rear.

H&R do 20mm but again you need special studs.

RSC tuning in the US are the only company that do a straight bolt on. I run them and they are great. Around $600 plus postage and import tax IIRC.

That's great to know. Thank you. I will look them up. Do you have fronts too?

No, rears only. Personally don't feel like the fronts recess as badly and therefore are not required.

I lowered my car as well and any more than 20-25mm at the back would rub and catch the body work, unless you were running severe camber.

Yes thanks. Lowering is next and from the look of it 20mm is max by just changing springs?
Wish list runs as follows
1) Vantage S clear rear lights - Done!
2) Wheel spacers next
3) Lowered
4) N400 sills
Job Done! Or any other essentials?

I put H&R 23mm spacers in the rear. There was no need to trim the factory studs to make them fit with my Sport Pack wheels. They cost a little over $200US.

That's sport pack wheels. They don't fit standard 18" or option 19" rims, however do fit the SP, Vantage, S etc wheel options.

Yet another reason to get sport pack wheels, I suppose. biggrin

BTW: except for the original show car in 2005, never seen a Vantage spec'd with 18" wheels.

So my standard 19s on the vantage would be fine with HnR 23mm rear spacers?
No need for stud extensions etc?

Pics please!!!

Yes the grin is Fab. Never got that in the 911. Smile but not the same. And I cannot believe how much attention it gets positively (wasn't expecting it). Everyone loves Astons and I mean everyone. Get let out on every junction. Hey, what am I saying, you all know this. Its fun. I guess I should be posting this feedback on 911UK.... Might get chased offtongue out

On the other hand RSC were great with me. I bought my spacers through them with no issues whatsoever. Arrived in doubt quick time as well.

Hi Lewis,

Did they fit without having to replace the splined bolts/grind down?
