Speeding in Luton

I seem to remember reading somewhere on hear that there where some ilegal prosecutions in Luton a while ago on the Capability Green Road dual carriageway where they had a temporary speed limit that should have been removed and they still prosecuted the drivers.


Does anyone here know about this.

Any help would be appreciated as a friend who got caught there. has totted up the points with speed cameras and i think he might be up for a ban now.
