Hartech equivalent

Does anybody know whether there is a hartech equivalent "lifetime maintenance plan" from a company in the midlands?

Whilst my first choice would be Hartech, I just think living a 2.5 hr drive away from them would be a bit much if I ended up having problems with my car - I would have to start taking days of work to get things fixed!

I was looking for something south of Birmingham too (quite far south, in fact, I'm in Oxford), but admit I haven't been looking too hard. Was planning on phoning Autofarm / Tuthill Porsche, as their websites don't mention anything. Would be interested if anyone had any experience in this area.

I'm in Oxford and use Hartech. I'm on their scheme and go twice a year. If anything needs doing outside that time I just suck it up at the excellent Autofarm. Clearly anything major would need trailering, but Hartech can sort that. Hartech is less good value accordingly, but I'm delighted with their service.

I lived 5 hours drive from Hartech and still used them!

It was a bit of a nuisance once or twice (when I had to live with small non-urgent faults until it went in for its service), but overall it was worth it for the peace of mind and the TLC your car gets there.

I had a read of the JMG plan. The plan sounds good but the initial work to get it on the plan sounds a little onerous, particularly if your car has recently had a major service and had spark plugs, belts etc already changed

I was considering but with this initial cost and then a further 700 for the year Ive already got 1500 in the kitty, as I have already done spark plugs and many things.

Might take my chances, I have a hartech rebuild engine so hoping it holds!.

Hartech require their 'gold' service before you are accepted on, and that from memory isn't exactly cheap!
